Today, June 22nd is a Phase 2 reopening in NYC and you can finally normally propose.
Today NYC is starting Phase 2 of reopening after Covid-19 pandemic. What changes?
- You can now go to a restaurant after a proposal for a celebration. Restaurants are finally open and serving food outdoors.
- Barbershops and beauty salons are open.
- Retail stores are open, including Macy’s and jewelry stores.
Plus few more private rooftops are now open to serve your marriage proposal, small wedding ceremony, or elopement.
