He proposed by an arch at Washington square.
It was raining and lovely fall Sunday. Jim and Kris went for a regular walk to the park. Jim planed to propose but it was a secret. She told him funny stories about her childhood, one of which was about her first “wedding”. She told that her mom had bought her an incredibly beautiful ring, clip-on earrings, and a necklace. They were all made of plastic, though. Kris was five years old. When she went to kindergarten, everyone was in awe of her. One of the boys ”proposed“ to Kris fast, and they were married after lunch. Their “marriage” didn’t last very long. A week later, my friend turned up at kindergarten with metal jewelry her mom had bought her. Kris` love-crazed ”husband” swiftly proposed to that girl as well! Kris got her revenge by throwing her plastic jewelry at them during their wedding. That’s when she first learned the truth about men.
Suddenly, Jim stopped and decided to ask how many guys she had been with before him. That was a little bit abruptly and very abnormal for him. Kris ended up having to admit to him that he was her tenth. They came to the arch that are a popular place of wedding proposals. Kris saw the serious look on his face and thought to herself, ”Well, there goes the wedding.” Then he said, almost without thinking, that he are a real milestone for the woman!”
After this words, he popped the question under The Washington Square Arch about if she wanted to stay with him and he would be her last one. He took the ring and got down on a knee. She said “Yes!” surely, and we went for shooting at charming Washington square. Happy end of wedding adventures for lucky and lovely couple!
