You can now finally apply for a marriage license online.

Couples can now apply for a marriage license online. An order signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo on April 18, 2020, authorizes the Office of the New York City Clerk to use videoconferencing to allow couples to apply for a marriage license. This order also permits the performance of marriage ceremonies utilizing this technology. Although the City Clerk’s Office is not currently conducting marriage ceremonies, I work with a wedding officiant who can set you online or offline wedding ceremony.
Best places for an elopement in NYC during the Covid-19 outbreak.
If you are thinking about the offline wedding ceremony, the best options, for now, would be early morning in Central Park, before everybody comes there or to rent a private rooftop. We currently have a few private rooftops available, where you can have your ceremony and keep the necessary social distance.
